1 ORDERING & SHIPPING
1.1 When is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders of CHF 250 or more within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For orders below CHF 250, a flat shipping fee of CHF 9 applies.
1.2 How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped with Swiss Post Priority (A-Post) for fast and reliable delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
1.3 Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. You can complete your purchase as a guest without creating a Swiss-Mall account. Creating an account is optional and makes it easier to view previous orders and manage your details for future purchases.
1.4 Which payment methods do you accept?
Swiss-Mall accepts TWINT, PostFinance Card, PostFinance Pay and major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Payments are securely processed through Swiss payment provider wallee AG, with no additional payment fees for our customers.
2 RETURNS & ORDERS
2.1 Can I return an unopened product?
Yes. Swiss-Mall offers a voluntary 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods. Please notify us by email within this period and return the product unopened and in sealed original packaging, together with the delivery note. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and risk.

Yes. Swiss-Mall specialises in genuine LPG® products. Our range is selected by a trained endermologist who also operates an LPG Endermologie® studio in Zug, and our product information is regularly aligned with current LPG® manufacturer information.
