The shipping costs will be taken over within Switzerland & Liechtenstein from an order amount of CHF 350.00 by us. We ship all our orders as Priority (A-post) with Swiss Post and shipping costs are CHF 9.00 flat rate.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY SWITZERLAND & LICHTENSTEIN

For all purchases on www.swiss-mall.ch SWISS-MALL grants a voluntary right of return of a total of 14 days from receipt of goods. In detail this process is described in paragraph “7. Right of withdrawal” of the General Terms and Conditions, please read here.
