Newsletter and e-mail advertising

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will inform you regularly about new products, hot tips and news as well as exclusive offers around SWISS-MALL. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe from them at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any mailing.

 

Product recommendations by e-mail

If you buy one of our various products, we will be happy to inform you about similar products and send you regular product recommendations by e-mail (UWG). These product recommendations are based on your orders and the legal requirements for recommending similar product types. Identity and creditworthiness check

If you choose to pay by TWINT or credit card, we will pass on your personal data via a secure interface connection to our Payment Acquiring system and request a creditworthiness and identity check. Direct personal data such as creditworthiness scores or addresses are not exchanged at any time, but only relevant information and its validity is verified. For example, we do not know how high your credit score is, but only whether you have a creditworthiness and we can accept your payment.
